A Touch of Vintage

A previous client of mine contacted me and asked if I could design a surprise birthday invitation for her turning 80 Grandmother. She had an old photograph of her Grandmother that she wanted to incorporate from when she was young. And than use the photograph to inspire the design of the invite. Now the fun part – her Grandmother was born on St. Patrick’s Day, full Irish and was named Patricia! How cool is that?! And of course green is her favorite color.
The overall invitations is an A9 size, printed on matte cardstock, full color on both sides. It turned out beautiful!

Snips and Snails and Puppy Dog Tails

Baby showers are taking a new turn and becoming more modern and not so “baby”. Less games and more socializing. So when a client of mine asked if I could take my current Snips and Snails Baby Shower Invitation and make a little more modern, I was more than happy to!

I focused on using a lime green and soft blue with a touch of brown. For some reason I have a passion for dots, so I decided to incorporate them into the design as well. The invitation is printed on high quality white matte cardstock and mounted on metallic brown cardstock. The invite is than finished off with a lined envelope. You can purchase the invitation through my shop here.

She was so excited to final results and made sure to have some stationery items to match for the big day!
