A client of mine contacted me to help create an elegant bridal shower invitation. She said the bride was more of a black and white type of girl but put some blue in as well. She also wanted to incoporate cherry blossoms as well.
Accomplished! The overall appearnce of the invitation is elegant and classy. Printed on white metallic cardstock and mounted on black matte cardstock. Again, I used both the matte and metallic paper together and I feel it gives texture and contrast to the overall look of the invitation.
Simple, yet adorable birthday invitation with a little quack!
Printed on white matte cardstock.
A friend of mine’s baby boy turned 1 this month. Unfortunately I was not able to attend the party since they live on the other side of the country, but I did get to help in the decor. I designed the adorable banner for the birthday boy. As I created the designed, I kept in mind for future uses. So I made the banner a universal design and just used his name so she can use it every year for his birthday!
Kim Le Photography captured the gorgeous day and of course the cutest picture below!
Happy Birthday DJ!!!
I currently had the opportunity to design my first twin birth announcement for one of my clients. Lindsay contacted me earlier in the year to design her baby shower invitations (3rd one down) and made sure she would contact me again for the announcement. The overall layout turned out great and I just love the middle picture of the two. Twins are truly a gift from God and I honor mothers who raise them!
One of my good friends contacted me to do her son’s first birthday party invitations. She choose the cute Little Prince birthday theme. I was really excited to do this for her and they turned out so cute. I decided to do the long business #10 size for the overall layout of the invite and choose some soft blues, yellows, and creams to finish the look.
The invitation was printed on ivory matte cardstock.
